We gets lots of requests for new features to be added to acart.biz.  User feedback accounts for a large part of our development plan, and as part of this, we try and be as open as possible about our plans for acart.biz for the future.  The roadmap is divided into a number of sections

Short Term - The stuff we are activley looking to deliver.  Some of it is already in development, other parts of it are still in planning, but this is our current priority list.  Usually covering the next up to 4 months in the future.

Medium Term - Although we are probably not working on this stuff yet, there is a good chance it will make the product in the 4-12month time frame.  User feedback is still being used to shape these features, or prioritise other features instead of these.

Long Term - This is our long term vision of features we want to add to acart.biz.  Highly dependand on user feedback. 

Short Term

More Templates - We aim to add at least 2 new free predefined templates in this period.

More Payment Gateways - Add at least 2 more payment gateways

WebHooks - The ability to have acart.biz call an external webservice when certain events happen.  Useful if you need to integrate acart.biz with other systems

Medium Term

3rd Party Inventory - Add support for 3rd party inventory systems

Promotion Codes - Multi use and single user promotion codes to give customers discounts.

Data Export - Ability to export product and inventory data to comparisson shopping engines

Long Term

User Accounts - The ability to setup user accounts on your store.

Mobile Apps - iPhone and Android apps to manage your store
